Hello Fellow Shaggy-haired Friends,
We hope that you all are healthy. We apologize for the length of this communication, but ask that you please read everything.
As most of you know, Governor Hutchinson announced that salons may reopen on May 6, 2020.
So you will know what to expect when you arrive for your next appointment, here are ADH rules that will be STRICTLY enforced:
You will not be allowed to enter the salon unless you have a confirmed, scheduled appointment.
You must come alone. No one will be allowed in the salon with you.
You will be pre-screened before being allowed in the salon. This will include temperature checks and questions you must answer honestly.
If you are showing any signs of illness, such as fever, cough, or runny nose, we will politely ask you to reschedule no sooner than 14 days later.
While you are in the salon, you will be required to wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth, and maintain physical distancing of at least 6 feet, unless you are currently being serviced in a stylist's chair. If you do not have a mask with you, we will have them available for purchase.
You will be required to wait outside or in your car until your stylist is ready for you. We will call or text you to let you know when you may enter.
You will be required to wash your hands, or use sanitizer provided, upon entering the salon.
We will follow all rules regarding sanitizing and disinfecting given to us by the Arkansas Department of Health to ensure the salon stays as clean as possible. Our employees will be screened daily for illness, wear masks and gloves at all times, and wash hands between each client, in accordance with those rules. We will not be offering waxing services at this time. We will temporarily suspend beverage service and will have no magazines in the salon. We ask that you prepare accordingly.
While we know that these measures are inconvenient for some, we hope that you understand they are important in helping us maintain the health and safety of our clients and staff. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at email@example.com.
